The Foothill Technology High School Parent Faculty Student Organization (PFSO) is conducting a comprehensive modernization of its bylaws to improve clarity, compliance, and transparency.
These materials are provided for member review ahead of the scheduled open sessions in November. Please review the documents below and share any comments or questions by email to joellevitz@gmail.com.
How to Participate
Two open review sessions will be held via Zoom for all interested members:
- Saturday, November 8 at 2:00 p.m. — Information & Q&A Session
- Saturday, November 22 at 2:00 p.m. — Discussion & Refinement Session
Recordings of both sessions will be posted for anyone who cannot attend live.

The finalized draft will be released for review at the December Board meeting, with a membership vote planned for January 2026 and an effective date of July 1, 2026.

Review the Draft Materials
After both November review sessions:
- A revised version will be posted before the December meeting.
- Final adoption will be considered at the January 2026 meeting.
- The new bylaws will take effect July 1, 2026, to align with the next fiscal year.
